A brand strategy, written in twenty minutes.

The same nine-step framework we use with founders inside the studio — now a guided tool. You'll leave with a one-page strategy that names what your brand stands for, who it's for, and how it should sound. Not a quiz. Not a template. A working document.

Methodology

Three acts. Nine steps. One strategy.

— 01 / Brand Core

Why you exist

Purpose, vision, values. The conviction that holds everything else together. The foundation everything else is built on.

Three steps
— 02 / Brand Positioning

Where you stand

Audience, market, awareness goals. Where you sit in the customer's mind, and how you'll get there.

Three steps
— 03 / Brand Persona

How you sound

Personality, voice, tagline. The character that shows up in every line of copy and every image.

Three steps
The framework

The nine steps, in order.

— 01 Brand purpose Why you do what you do — beyond making money. We use the contribution-and-impact formula.
— 02 Brand vision Where you're going. Now, five years, ten years, fifteen.
— 03 Brand values The principles that decide how you behave when nobody's watching.
— 04 Target audience Goals, problems, impact, desires. The customer sketch you'll build everything around.
— 05 Market analysis The two extremes you choose to stand for. Where the gap is. Why anyone should care.
— 06 Awareness goals Which channels are worth the cost — and which to skip. Plotted against impact and difficulty.
The next three steps — personality, voice, tagline — and the synthesised one-page strategy unlock with the report. ₹2,000 (≈$25).
— 07 Brand personality The archetypal mix. 70% one, 30% another. The rules of attitude that follow from it.
— 08 Brand voice Where you sit on humour, formality, respect, enthusiasm. The "we are X but not Y" formulas.
— 09 Brand tagline Imperative, descriptive, superlative, provocative, specific. We help you find the one that fits.
What it costs

Honest answers

Things people ask.

Will this replace hiring a brand agency?
No — and we wouldn't pretend it does. What it replaces is the six weeks of confusion before you brief one. You'll arrive at any agency, including ours, knowing what you actually want.
What if I get stuck halfway?
Save and come back. Your inputs persist. The framework is designed to be done in one sitting, but it doesn't have to be.
Why ₹2,000?
Cheap enough that a founder can decide alone. Expensive enough that we keep the tool useful instead of farming emails. The report takes us nothing to generate — the framework took us six years to refine.
How does payment work?
PhonePe Payment Gateway — secure checkout with UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards, or netbanking. Receipts are emailed automatically.
Can my team use it together?
Yes. Many founders run the first six steps as a workshop with co-founders or early hires, then unlock the report once everyone's aligned. Disagreement before the paywall is the most useful kind.
What if I want to edit later?
The dashboard stays editable. Your strategy will move; the document should move with it.
