Most property portals dump a wall of listings and walk away. A real leasing market has two sides — owners with assets, and brands with requirements — and they rarely speak the same language.
4Bigha had to pair verified hospitality and commercial inventory with the actual development requirements of brands — keys, capex per key, operating model, land footprint — so both sides reach a signed deal, not just a phone call. That meant building everything at once: a brand, a marketplace, a brand-to-asset matching engine, protected deal-flow, owner and operator dashboards, and an advisory layer — end to end, with no vendor to hand any of it to.
